This is a solid suar wood wall hanging hand carved using traditional carving techniques and tools from suar wood and finished with black paint. The Thor's Hammer is adorned with a knotwork motif and presents the head of a raven at the top. The raven is an important iconic figure in Norse mythology, being mostly associated with thor's father, the god Odin.
